This workshop provides a comprehensive approach to creating trauma-informed systems of care within organizations. Participants will explore the prevalence of trauma, its impact on clients and workers, and the foundational principles of trauma-informed practices. This training emphasizes a “bottom-up” approach, focusing on organizational culture, client care, and staff well-being, all grounded in trauma-sensitive techniques.
