This workshop delves into the complexities of countertransference, exploring its impact on the therapeutic process in addictions and mental health. Participants will gain insight into how their own histories and subconscious anxious reactions & reenactments can influence their work with clients. Through clinical knowledge, reflective exercises, and interactive group discussions, this workshop equips participants with strategies to recognize, contain, and address countertransference reactions, ensuring a “do no harm” approach to vulnerable populations.
